WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (Leipzig), together with the entrepreneur Matthias Koch (MBI) as future CEO and the former managing director Thomas Fahrig (MBO), is acquiring all shares in forcont business technology gmbh (Leipzig) in the course of a succession solution.
Forcont supports their customers in the digital recording, management, storage and provision of documents and provides self-developed solutions for the fields of human resource, archive and contract management that may be linked with the customer’s ERP system. Forcont has a total of 400 customers in the DACH region, which usually work with 500 to 15,000 employees. In addition to solutions operated by customers on their own servers under a license, forcont also offers cloud applications for rental (SaaS).
WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen is an initiative of the state of Saxony and regional financial institutions and has supported more than 30 Saxon companies in the implementation of their growth strategies since 2005.
