Stephan Schuldt has been a partner in our law firm since April 2019, working in the fields of data protection (GDPR), banking and capital market law as well as commercial and company law.
After finishing his legal studies in Osnabrück and Hamburg and his practical legal training in Saxony, he started his career as an attorney in a supraregional medium-sized partnership in Saxony at the beginning of 2012.
Stephan Schuldt has ample experience in advising and assisting medium-sized companies and start-ups regarding the compliance with the GDPR in their respective (innovative) fields of business. Furthermore, he advises companies, shareholders, and investors as regards banking law issues such as corporate financing.
