Together with MS Industrie AG and MuM Industriebeteiligungen GmbH, the Growth Fund Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS) has sold the German pump specialist Zehnder Pumpen GmbH to the French SFA Group. Zehnder Pumpen GmbH, based in Grünhain-Beierfeld, Saxony, is a well-known manufacturer of pumps and pump systems for water supply and water disposal in apartments, houses and larger building complexes. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
