2018: Record transaction year for GRUENDELPARTNER

With a total of 66 national and international M&A and financing transactions in a total volume of more than 400 million euros, 2018 was the most successful year in the history of GRUENDELPARTNER’s corporate transaction practise.

The number of transactions and deal volumes increased significantly in both the M&A and VC/PE sectors.
