EASY SOFTWARE AG acquires a majority stake in Apinauten GmbH based in Leipzig and merges it with its cloud subsidiary. In a first step, EASY has acquired 72.3 percent of the shares – the aim is to achieve full integration by 2020.
Apinauten GmbH based in Leipzig develops and distributes the European “Enterprise Backend as a Service” with the software platform “ApiOmat”.
