The founder and CEO of Födisch AG, Dr. Holger Födisch, and the growth fund Mittelstand Sachsen (“WMS”) increased their stake in Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG (“Födisch AG”) in connection with the departure of the French private equity fund Demeter.
The current goal of environmental technology specialist Födisch AG is to increase its market share in global markets such as China and to invest in developing countries such as India. With new gas analysis products and a newly developed fine dust sensor, the company intends to maintain and enhance its competitive edge with innovative measuring equipment. In addition to the strong organic growth in the past years, the company plans to expand through targeted acquisitions of complementary companies, in order to generate revenues clearly in excess of €50 million.
