In the course of the dissolution of Leipzig-based multidisciplinary partnership Bren Lange Rosse + Partner (BLR), partner Dirk Lange along with the entire team of attorneys has joined the Leipzig office of GRUENDEL Rechtsanwälte. The integration of the BLR legal team was completed in September 2015.
Dirk Lange specialises in public law, particularly construction, planning and real estate. After finishing his studies in Mannheim, Berlin, Freiburg and Göttingen, Dirk began his legal career in 1992 as an administrative court judge in Hamburg. He then started practising as an attorney at Clifford Chance in 1996, where he was made partner in 2000 and was employed until 2001. In 2002 Dirk then co-founded SammlerUsinger, where he was a partner from 2002 to 2012. Bren Lange Rosse + Partner was spun off from that firm in 2012.
In addition to Dirk (administrative law, real estate/partner), GRUENDEL’s Leipzig office will also add associates Dr Frank Hassel (company law/real estate), Birgit Kempgen (administrative law/real estate) and Juliane Martin (labour law).
“I am pleased that going forward we will be able to provide our administrative and real estate law expertise in Germany and abroad as part of GRUENDEL’s broad range of services,” Dirk commented. “The transaction know-how and expertise in real estate, construction and public procurement law already offered by GRUENDEL are an excellent fit for our clients.”
“Dirk Lange is a very experienced, well connected and internationally recognised attorney. We have gained a partner who complements us perfectly. He and his experienced team are an ideal addition to our existing practice areas,” according to Steffen Tietze, HR partner.
