Effective 1 October 2015, GRUENDEL Rechtsanwälte expanded the range of services it offers to include auditing and tax advising. Ramona Luckner, who has joined GRUENDEL as an equity partner from her former firm, Bren Lange Rosse, will manage the new Tax/Audit practice.
Ramona specialises in corporation tax law. After completing her studies in Bochum, she began her career at AWT Horwath as a tax advisor in 2004 and public auditor in 2007. Ramona then worked at SammlerUsinger from 2004 to 2007, Rölfs Partner from 2007 to 2010, LuCon from 2010 to 2012 and ultimately by Bren Lange Rosse.
“GRUENDEL has excellent corporate, M&A and venture capital credentials. The only thing missing in the transaction practice was professionals specializing in tax, financial and audit services,” says Ramona. “Even outside of the transaction practice, numerous synergies and links are possible. Establishing the new Tax/Audit practice group in an extremely dynamic firm such as GRUENDEL is a very exciting challenge and one that I am happy to take on.”
“We are pleased to have brought Ramona on board as a partner with extensive experience as a tax advisor and auditor. Locking in tax law expertise and therefore being able to offer a one-stop shop for all consulting services makes us very optimistic for the future,” says Dr Mirko Gründel. “We will be able to continue pursuing our existing growth strategy very successfully in 2015 with the opening of our Berlin office, the addition of seven new colleagues and significant expansion of our practice areas.”
