The SIMPEX HYDRAULIK Group, which operates throughout Germany and will be headquartered in Leipzig in the future, is sold to WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen and the operational management under the leadership of Ilkka Matinpalo as part of a succession financing.
WMS together with the management team is acquiring all shares in the company group from the founder and majority shareholder Rolf Schmolz in the course of a succession solution. The SIMPEX HYDRAULIK Group includes the independent regional SIMPEX companies in Eisenhuettenstadt, Brandenburg, Neuss, Gera and Munich. In the future, the group will be managed from the new headquarters in Leipzig.
SIMPEX HYDRAULIK was founded in 1975. Today, SIMPEX HYDRAULIK is one of the leading companies in the German hydraulic and pneumatic industry as well as lubrication technology and acts as an international system supplier and integrator.
