GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on acquisition of Homatec Industrietechnik GmbH

WMS acquires a stake in Homatec Industrietechnik GmbH from Burgstädt as part of an age succession solution. In the course of the transaction, the founder and previous shareholder is leaving the company.

Homatec was founded in 2001 and is a high-profile supplier of steel and welded assemblies for mechanical and plant engineering. Homatec’s customers are well-known machine and plant manufacturers as well as suppliers for special machines from Germany.
