Leipzig-based deep-tech company intelligent fluids GmbH has closed a EUR 10m Series B financing round with US sustainability fund WAVE Equity Partners (Boston, USA) as lead investor.
In addition to WAVE Equity Partners, existing institutional investors IBG Sachsen-Anhalt and High-Tech Gründerfonds have also increased their commitments.
intelligent fluids GmbH is deep-tech company located in Central Germany whose green chemistry replaces aggressive and toxic solvents in industrial cleaning. Significant reductions in CO2 emissions, energy costs and material usage improve the ESG balance sheets of customers from maintenance-intensive industries such as microelectronics, oil&gas industry, printing industry.
