Based in Leipzig and Palo Alto (Silicon Valley), California, apiOmat (www.apiomat.com) has successfully completed a seven-digit financing round with existing and new investors. The company will be able to sharply accelerate its growth with the newly generated funds from several business angels and existing investor Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS).
apiOmat is a leading provider of mobile enterprise IT solutions. With its highly flexible development platform, apiOmat integrates existing corporate IT infrastructures and quickly and securely links business processes to mobile end devices. This provides users with a high degree of flexibility in accessing their own processes and resources using various mobile systems.
TGFS (www.tgfs.de) is a venture capital fund with a volume of EUR 60 million that invests exclusively in new and young high tech companies with headquarters or branches in Saxony. In addition to the infusion of equity, the company will benefit from the experience and network of the fund manager, which has assisted more than 100 companies over the past 20 years.
