Clinical Innovations, Inc., one of the largest medical device companies exclusively focused on labor and delivery and the neonatal intensive care unit, has acquired Brenner Medical GmbH through its wholly owned subsidiary, Clinical Innovations Europe. The acquisition in central Europe broadens Clinical Innovations’ infrastructure in Europe and overall global presence.

Ströer has acquired 75 percent of the Avedo group from the previous shareholders Seafort Advisors and Onics. The founder and managing director of Avedo remains a 25 percent shareholder through his equity investment company Onics, while Seafort completely withdraws as a shareholder.

The company founded by Thomas Schmieder (CEO), Tobias Tauscher (COO), and Enrico Pisko (CTO) has developed Cinector Stage, a software programme for the creation of high-quality 3D visualisations and animations for the mass market.
