Richard Seltmann studied law at the university of Leipzig, where he also worked as a research assistant at the chair of media law. After his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden, he joined a supraregional commercial law firm as a lawyer in 2017 and has since been advising on IT and data protection law as well as intellectual property law.
Since 2021, Richard Seltmann has been supporting our practice group data protection and IT law as an associate.
