Ströer has acquired 75 percent of the Avedo group from the previous shareholders Seafort Advisors and Onics. The founder and managing director of Avedo remains a 25 percent shareholder through his equity investment company Onics, while Seafort completely withdraws as a shareholder. The implementation of the transaction is still subject to the approval by the German Federal Cartel Authority.
Avedo is one of the fastest growing providers of dialogue marketing services in Germany. At six locations in Germany, a total of approximately 1,850 employees market and supervise products mainly in the fields of media and telephony. Further significant growth is expected for the current business year.

The transaction unit of GRUENDELPARTNER has already advised Onics for the third time during a change of shareholders of Avedo, after the Auctus funds had initially joined already in the year 2013 and then sold their interest during a bidding process to Seafort in the year 2015.
