TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen, together with Hüttenes hoch drei and Golzern Holding, is investing a seven-figure sum in Packwise GmbH from Dresden as part of a Series A round.
The start-up by Gesche Weger, Felix Weger and René Bernhardt, which was awarded several times, was founded in 2017 with the aim of setting new standards for digital supply chain management in the process industry and now works with 45 industrial customers.
TGFS has accompanied the development of Packwise as a financing partner since 2018 and is also leading the current Series A as a lead investor. Packwise is one of more than 80 start-ups in the Free State of Saxony that the fund has supported in achieving their goals since 2008.
