GRUENDELPARTNER advised FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH (FIS) on the sale of the Polish IT consulting company FIS-SST sp. z o.o. based in Gliwice to Q_PERIOR AG.
FIS-SST employs more than 100 people in three locations in Poland and specializes in IT services and digitization in the areas of Microsoft, JAVA and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and GCP).
The Q_PERIOR Group, headquartered in Munich, Germany, is a management consulting firm offering integrated business and IT services and solutions. Most recently, the group achieved annual sales of around EUR 234 million with around 1,350 employees.
FIS, based in Grafenrheinfeld, acquired the majority of shares in FIS-SST in 2008. Since then, the number of employees has increased from 20 at that time to over 100 today. The FIS Group specializes in SAP projects and related digitization of companies and employs over 800 people.
In addition to FIS, the management has also sold its shares in Q_PERIOR.
