The company, which was founded by Klaus Mochalski (CEO), Martin Menschner (CTO), and Frank Stummer (Business Development) and is domiciled in Leipzig, has developed one of the first solutions for completely automated real-time monitoring of data traffic in industrial control networks, the “Industrial Protector”, and has already successfully piloted it with customers.
The Venture Capital Practice Group of GRUENDELPARTNER, which was awarded several prizes, is one of the most experienced transaction units with the largest number of personnel in Central Germany and has advised TGFS since the company was founded; GRUENDELPARTNER has been working in collaboration with eCapital for the first time.
The VC team comprised of lawyers, tax consultants, and auditors supports investors and founders in all development stages, in particular regarding the business formation, development, and financing, as well as during all exit processes.
