GRUENDELPARTNER advises bm|t beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH on acquisition of PDV-Systeme GmbH

In connection with long-term succession planning, Aheim Capital, NORD Holding and the bm|t-led Thüringer Industriebeteiligungs-GmbH & Co. KG (TIB) will acquire shares in PDV-Systeme GmbH, Erfurt. The company’s founder and long-time shareholder Wolfgang Schulz has turned over the management of daily operations to the two current managing partners Dirk Nerling and Gregor Lietz.

PDV-Systeme GmbH, Erfurt, was founded in October 1990. The company develops systems for electronic filing and document management for government offices. With 100 employees, the company generated revenues of €16.1 million in the past financial year.
