Equity funds advised by Seafort Advisors and Onics GmbH have acquired the Avedo Group, a fast-growing dialogue marketing specialist from Leipzig with clients throughout Germany. The sellers are equity funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners. The management, led by CEO Torsten Krause, will continue to manage the operating and strategic business of the Group. The purchase price has been kept confidential. The transaction, which involved a complicated auction process, has now been completed.
With currently around 1,000 employees at four locations, a central IT centre of its own and the focus of a highly-qualified full service provider, Avedo provides a comprehensive range of services from a single source.
The Avedo Group plans to expand further in the first half of 2016. By acquiring other companies, the dialogue marketing specialist will employ around 1,500 people by year with a revenue target of €48 Million.
