Seed financing BIONCaRT (formerly BioPlanta)

With legal support from GRUENDELPARTNER, bm-t beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH (bm|t), together with TGFS Technologiefründerfonds Sachsen, private investors and the founder, has invested a seven-figure sum in the Saxon-Thuringian life science company BIONCaRT (formerly: BioPlanta) in a seed financing round. BIONCaRT is working on a phase I/IIa clinical trial for the market authorisation of its human stem cell therapeutic for the treatment of focal cartilage damage in the knee joint.
