We are one of the leading multidisciplinary commercial law firms in Central Germany with offices in Leipzig, Berlin and Erfurt. Our clients are DAX, TecDax and AIM-listed companies, financial investors, medium-sized and municipal companies, board members and managing directors as well as non-profit organisations and corporations.

The history of our law firm goes back to 2002, when one of our predecessor companies was founded as a spin-off of several large law firms. Since then, we have continuously expanded to include experienced lawyers, tax consultants and auditors from established law firms and auditing companies in order to achieve one goal: to provide our clients with the best possible advice and representation.
