Happy New Year!
GRUENDELPARTNER is opening another office in Erfurt at the start of the new year 2025. The new location in the Thuringian capital serves to optimise our regional presence in Thuringia, particularly in the SME sector, the high-tech and start-up scene and the financial sector.
We are launching our "Project Erfurt" in the KrämerLoft - an urban coworking space - and look forward to being very close to many start-ups.
GRUENDELPARTNER will no longer be operating the previous office in Jena.
We are also expanding our circle of partners: From 01.01.2025, Dr Franziska Beier will support us as a Salary Partner. Franziska has been with us for 5 years and specialises in corporate finance, venture capital/private equity, M&A and commercial/distribution. She specialises in commercial and corporate law and advises in particular large regional VC and SME funds as well as start-ups.
At our Leipzig office, we are also expanding our IT law expertise with the addition of Marius Hundt-Matthies from 1 January 2025. Marius specialises in information technology and data protection law and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in data protection/IT law from the Universities of Hanover and Málaga (Spain) in addition to his law studies. Before joining GRUENDELPARTNER, Marius worked as a research assistant in data protection law at the University of Leipzig.
"We are very pleased to be able to further strengthen our core competencies in the new year and to start the new year with fresh energy and full of zest for action thanks to our new office in Thuringia, the expansion of our team of experts and another internal partner appointment," says Dr Mirko Gründel (Managing Partner).
"The new year will bring us many more innovations, a new corporate design, the digitalisation of numerous internal and external processes and the expansion of our expertise and increased use of legal tech solutions - exciting times that we are very much looking forward to," adds Dr Steffen Fritzsche (Head of IT/Legal Tech).
