GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on financing round of Semodia GmbH

TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen is once again investing in Semodia GmbH. In addition to TGFS, Equinor Ventures and an experienced business angel investor also participated in the Series A round.

The start-up is a provider of modular software solutions that enable customers from the energy and process industry to design, integrate and operate their systems more flexibly and easily.

TGFS started its third fund generation this year and has supported over 100 start-ups in Saxony since its inception in 2008.
