WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen, together with SIB Innovations- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (Dresden), is selling its shares in Radeberger Fleisch- und Wurstwaren Korch GmbH (RFuW) to Rieker Investment GmbH. The transaction is still subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
The WMS is an initiative of the Free State of Saxony and regional financial institutions and has supported more than 40 Saxon companies in the implementation of their growth strategies since 2005. At the beginning of 2020 WMS entered its third generation of funds.
