Euronext-listed Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG which is active in the medical devices segment of the healthcare industry, has acquired St. Gangloff (Thuringia, Germany) based WOLF-Medizintechnik GmbH.
WOLF-Medizintechnik is a producer of X-ray therapy units for the treatment of skin surface tumours as well as joint disorders.
The core business of Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG, located in Seneffe (Belgium), is the production and distribution of brachytherapy products for the treatment of cancer. Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG employs over 130 staff members worldwide.
