WMS supports successful company succession/MBO at Käppler & Pausch

WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS) is acquiring a significant minority stake in Käppler & Pausch GmbH as part of a management buy-out. Together with the managing partners, WMS wants to actively drive the further development of the company and position it for the future in a challenging market environment.

Käppler & Pausch GmbH was founded in 1993. Originally started as a two-man operation focussing on waterjet cutting, the company has developed into a leading system supplier for metal assemblies. With around 160 employees and a production area of 17,000 m², Käppler & Pausch covers all production steps in-house, from the development and engineering of complex assemblies to laser cutting and welding to final assembly and surface coating.
