Series A financing in the in.hub

TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS), advised by GRUENDELPARTNER, is investing a seven-figure sum in in.hub GmbH, a provider of complete IIoT systems for self-commissioning, in a Series A financing round.

in.hub GmbH was founded in Chemnitz in 2017. The company develops a flexible, expandable and manufacturer-independent solution that includes both hardware and software components. The target group is small and medium-sized companies that use the solution to gain deeper insights into their machines. Compared to traditional products, the company's product is more cost-effective and easier to implement.

The TGFS entered its third fund generation in 2023 and has supported over 100 start-ups in Saxony since its inception in 2008. The TGFS focuses on young, innovative, technology-orientated companies in the ITC, semiconductor and microsystems technology, medical technology, life science, environmental and energy technology and new media sectors that are based or have their place of business in Saxony.
