JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2025/2026: GRUENDELPARTNER is top address in the VC/PE sector

Leipzig, Erfurt, Berlin - The Gruendelpartner team is once again recommended as "the top address" for venture capital and private equity transactions in Central Germany in the current JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2025/2026. In addition to its expertise in corporate law, GRUENDELPARTNER's expertise in labour and tax law is also highlighted (www.juve.de).

The ranking underlines GRUENDELPARTNER's focus and expertise in the transaction business as well as in labour, tax and competition law.

With its main office in Leipzig and further offices in Erfurt and Berlin, Gruendelpartner has a strong national presence. In the current ranking, JUVE also highlights positive internal developments: following a structural realignment and the separation from the areas of real estate law and construction and architectural law, which are no longer in the firm's focus, at the end of 2024, the firm has modernised its IT infrastructure and further expanded its tax structuring advice. In particular, the closer involvement of tax partner Ramona Luckner in the transaction and succession business has contributed to the further diversification of the advisory services offered.

"We are very pleased that our long-term strategic realignment, focus and specialisation, which began at the start of 2025, has been so well received in the industry-leading JUVE Handbook," says Dr Steffen Fritzsche, Lead Partner Venture Capital. "The increasing integration of tax advisory services both in the transaction area and in the significantly expanded segment of succession planning as well as the use of increasingly complex IT and AI solutions are at the top of our to-do list and we look forward to continuing on our chosen path with an expanded team," adds tax and HR partner Ramona Luckner.
