GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on the sale of shares in IT-Service Leipzig GmbH

The majority of the existing shareholders of IT-Service Leipzig GmbH, together with the WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen, are selling their shares to the new strategic partner, viridiusLab AG, based in Vienna, Austria. Together, they aim to further expand the ‘laboratory testing’ business segment and tap into the German market as a new region.

Founded in 1992, IT-Service Leipzig GmbH is a service provider specialising in instruments, equipment and accessories, as well as service and maintenance for non-destructive material testing.

Since 2005, the WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen has been supporting Saxon SMEs with financing matters such as changes in shareholding, organic growth projects, succession planning and company acquisitions.
