GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on the sale of its shares in Radeberger Fleisch- und Wurstwaren Korch GmbH

The WMS Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony, together with SIB Innovations- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (Dresden), is selling its shares in Radeberger Fleisch- und Wurstwaren Korch GmbH (RFuW) to Rieker Investment GmbH. The transaction is still subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.

The WMS is an initiative of the Free State of Saxony and regional banks and has supported over 40 Saxon companies in implementing their growth strategies since 2005. At the start of 2020, the WMS entered its third fund generation.
