GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on the acquisition of Homatec Industrietechnik GmbH

The Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony (WMS) is acquiring a stake in Homatec Industrietechnik GmbH, based in Burgstädt, as part of a succession plan. As part of the transaction, the founder and former shareholder is stepping down from the company.

Homatec was founded in 2001 and is a leading supplier of steel and welded assemblies for the mechanical and plant engineering sectors. Homatec’s customers include well-known mechanical and plant engineering firms as well as suppliers of specialised machinery from Germany.
