GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on investment in AllTec GmbH

Together with the Födisch family of entrepreneurs (Födisch Group, Markranstädt), the WMS Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen is investing in AllTec Automatisierungs- und Kommunikationstechnik GmbH, a renowned company in the electrotechnical plant engineering sector.

AllTec GmbH is a medium-sized company in the field of electrical engineering, automation and information technology with its own production of switchgear. The company was founded after reunification as a merger of experts in electrical, measurement and control technology (EMSR) and communications engineering and has its headquarters in Eula near Borna, in the south of Leipzig. AllTec currently employs around 150 people.

The WMS is an initiative of the Free State of Saxony and regional credit institutions and has been supporting companies in the Free State with equity capital and expertise in financing matters such as shareholder changes, organic and inorganic growth projects or succession solutions since 2005, now in its third fund generation.
