GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on its investment in AllTec GmbH
The WMS Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony, together with the Födisch family of entrepreneurs (Födisch Group, Markranstädt), has acquired a stake in AllTec Automatisierungs- und Kommunikationstechnik GmbH, a renowned company specialising in electrical plant engineering.

AllTec currently employs around 150 people.
The WMS is an initiative of the Free State of Saxony and regional banks, and has been supporting companies in the Free State since 2005 with equity capital and expertise in financing matters such as changes in shareholding, organic and inorganic growth projects or succession planning – now in its third fund generation.
