GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on its investment in the long-established Leipzig-based company Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH

Change of shareholders at Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH (“Goldeck”): The Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony (WMS) has acquired a stake in the long-established Leipzig-based company. Goldeck is known for its “Zetti” brand and, in particular, for its “Zetti Knusperflocke” and “Zetti Bambina” products.

The roots of Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH date back to 1821. Since then, this long-established Leipzig-based company has continued to develop through various stages. Today, its operational activities – including production, warehousing, logistics and procurement – are carried out at its own factory in Zeitz.
