GRUENDELPARTNER advises WMS on investment in traditional Leipzig-based company Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH

Change of shareholders at Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH ("Goldeck"): Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS) has acquired a stake in the long-established Leipzig-based company. Goldeck is known for its "Zetti" brand and in particular for its "Zetti Knusperflocke" and "Zetti Bambina" products.

The roots of Goldeck Süßwaren GmbH go back to 1821. Since then, the traditional Leipzig-based company has continuously developed through various stages. Today, operations including production, warehousing, logistics and purchasing are carried out in the company's own factory in Zeitz.
