GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on Packwise’s Series A funding round

As part of a Series A funding round, TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen, together with Hüttenes hoch drei and Golzern Holding, is investing a seven-figure sum in Packwise GmbH, based in Dresden.

The start-up, founded by Gesche Weger, Felix Weger and René Bernhardt, has already won several awards. It was established in 2017 with the aim of setting new standards for digital supply chain management in the process industry and now works with 45 industrial clients.

TGFS has been supporting Packwise’s development as a financing partner since 2018 and is also leading the current Series A round as lead investor. This makes Packwise one of over 80 start-ups in the Free State of Saxony that the fund has supported in achieving their goals since 2008
