GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on Flexora’s seed funding round

The TGFS Technology Start-up Fund Saxony (TGFS), together with TUDAG and another private investor, is investing a seven-figure sum in Flexora GmbH as part of a seed funding round.

Flexora is a spin-off from Dresden University of Technology (Institute of Applied Physics). The start-up develops sensors printed on flexible film, which are cost-effective to manufacture and easy to install. These enable large-area sensor technology with real-time data analysis to improve plant and process operations, as well as other innovative applications.

Since its launch in 2008, the TGFS has funded over 100 start-ups in Saxony. The TGFS focuses on young, innovative, technology-oriented companies operating in the ICT, semiconductor and microsystems technology, medical technology, life sciences, environmental and energy technology, and new media sectors, which have their registered office or place of business in Saxony.
