GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on its investment in sciendis

The Technology Start-up Fund Saxony (TGFS) is investing a seven-figure sum in Leipzig-based sciendis GmbH, in partnership with adesso ventures.

With WUNDERA®, the healthcare start-up offers a mobile application that enables easy-to-use management of chronic wounds in the care sector, featuring AI-based documentation.

GRUENDELPARTNER provided legal advice to the TGFS as part of this funding round. The TGFS is one of the most active VC funds in Germany. Since its foundation in 2008, it has supported over 80 start-ups.
