GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on SARALON financing round

Speciality chemicals group ALTANA has participated in SARALON GmbH's financing round together with Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS).

SARALON specialises in the development of inks for printing electronics and offers prefabricated electronic components with which printing companies can quickly build up capacities for printing electronics (e.g. batteries or sensors).

TGFS has been supporting SARALON since the seed phase.

GRUENDELPARTNER provided legal advice to TGFS during this financing round. TGFS is one of the most active VC funds in Germany. Since its foundation in 2008, it has supported over 80 start-ups.
