GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on SARALON’s funding round

The speciality chemicals group ALTANA has participated, alongside the Technology Start-up Fund Saxony (TGFS), in the funding round for SARALON GmbH.

SARALON specialises in the development of inks for printing electronics and offers ready-made electronic components that enable print shops to rapidly build up capacity for printing electronics (such as batteries or sensors).

The TGFS has been supporting SARALON since its seed phase.

GRUENDELPARTNER provided legal advice to the TGFS in connection with this funding round. The TGFS is one of the most active VC funds in Germany. Since its foundation in 2008, it has supported over 80 start-ups.
