GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on Cyber Insight GmbH’s funding round

TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen is investing a seven-figure sum in Cyber Insight GmbH, based in Leipzig. The company is developing an AI-based IT risk analysis tool to assess the risk of cyber attacks and data breaches in small and medium-sized enterprises. The investment is intended to further expand the development team and bring the software to market maturity in collaboration with initial pilot clients.

Cyber Insight’s product helps IT service providers, management consultancies, law firms and insurance companies to gradually improve their clients’ compliance (with both security and data protection standards).

The TGFS has launched its third fund generation this year and has supported over 100 start-ups in Saxony since its inception in 2008.
