GRUENDELPARTNER advises Steuerboard on pre-seed funding

The Düsseldorf-based B2B SaaS start-up Steuerboard has successfully completed a pre-seed funding round worth 725,000 euros. Alongside High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) as lead investor, a number of business angels also participated in the funding round.

Steuerboard was founded in July 2023 and has set itself the task of rethinking tax processes. Its AI-native platform centralises data, automates routine tasks and enables transparent collaboration between tax advisers and their clients. In this way, the company helps firms to overcome the shortage of skilled staff and improve the client experience.

The HTGF is one of the leading early-stage investors in Germany and Europe and manages investment funds with a total volume of over 2 billion euros. It invests in start-ups in the fields of deep tech, industrial tech, climate tech, digital tech, life sciences and chemicals, primarily at the pre-seed and seed stages.
