GRUENDELPARTNER advises intelligent fluids GmbH on EUR 10 million financing round with US sustainability fund

The Leipzig-based DeepTech company intelligent fluids GmbH has closed a EUR 10 million Series B financing round with the US sustainability fund WAVE Equity Partners (Boston, USA) as lead investor.

In addition to WAVE Equity Partners, the existing institutional investors IBG Sachsen-Anhalt and High-Tech Gründerfonds have also increased their commitments.

intelligent fluids GmbH is a Central German DeepTech company whose green chemistry replaces aggressive and toxic solvents in industrial cleaning. Significant reductions in CO2 emissions, energy costs and material usage improve the ESG balance sheets of customers from maintenance-intensive industries such as microelectronics, the oil & gas industry and the printing industry.
