GRUENDELPARTNER advises intelligent fluids GmbH on a EUR 10 million funding round with a US sustainability fund

The DeepTech company intelligent fluids GmbH, based in Leipzig, has completed a EUR 10 million Series B funding round with the US sustainability fund WAVE Equity Partners (Boston, USA) as lead investor.

In addition to WAVE Equity Partners, existing institutional investors IBG Sachsen-Anhalt and High-Tech Gründerfonds have also increased their stakes.

intelligent fluids GmbH is a Central German deep-tech company whose green chemistry replaces aggressive and toxic solvents in industrial cleaning. Significant reductions in CO₂ emissions, energy costs and material usage improve the ESG performance of customers in maintenance-intensive sectors such as microelectronics, the oil and gas industry, and the printing industry.
