GRUENDELPARTNER advises InfAI on the sale of InfAI Management GmbH to VANAHEIM GmbH

GRUENDELPARTNER advised the Institute for Applied Informatics (InfAI) e.V. on the sale of InfAI Management GmbH, based in Leipzig and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the association, to VANAHEIM GmbH.

Since its foundation in 2015, InfAI Management GmbH had taken over the running of the association’s administrative office and its commercial activities, and had established itself in the market through the development and deployment of ICT-based software products founded on innovative research findings.

The sale of InfAI Management GmbH to VANAHEIM GmbH marks a milestone in the history of the Institute for Applied Computer Science (InfAI) e.V. and impressively underlines the institute’s focus on knowledge transfer.

The core competencies of the experienced team at InfAI Management GmbH, comprising 30 software developers, lie in the development of mobile apps, database applications, and back-end and front-end development.
