GRUENDELPARTNER advises HTGF on seed funding for ctrl+s

High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), together with experienced industry experts, is investing a seven-figure sum as part of a seed funding round for the climate-tech company ctrl+s.

Berlin-based ctrl+s helps companies to manage their supply chain emissions in a targeted manner. More than 35 industry leaders – including Siemens and TÜV Süd – are already relying on ctrl+s’s solutions to translate CO₂ management into measurable actions. Through its platform, the company enables emissions reductions and embeds sustainability deeply within complex value chains.

HTGF is one of the leading early-stage investors in Germany and Europe and manages investment funds with a total volume of over EUR 2 billion. It invests in start-ups in the fields of deep tech, industrial tech, climate tech, digital tech, life sciences and chemicals, primarily at the pre-seed and seed stages.
