GRUENDELPARTNER advises heycare on 4-million-euro financing round

The Munich-based HR tech start-up heycare has successfully completed an extended seed financing round totalling 4 million euros. In addition to Scalehouse Capital and the family office Ventis, Swiss Post Ventures also participated in the financing round.

heycare (formerly heynanny) is a leading provider of holistic Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and family services. The digital platform helps companies to radically simplify the work-life balance. Founded in 2022 by Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle, well-known customers such as Daimler Truck, Vaillant and VW Retail already rely on heycare's holistic ecosystem. The company pursues the vision of strengthening and retaining employees through preventive health promotion and social distancing.

With the fresh capital, heycare now intends to expand the team in particular in order to meet the increasing demand and drive further growth.
