GRUENDELPARTNER advises heycare on a €4 million funding round

The Munich-based HR tech start-up heycare has successfully completed an extended seed funding round worth 4 million euros. Alongside Scalehouse Capital and the family office Ventis, Swiss Post Ventures also participated in the funding round.

heycare (formerly heynanny) is a leading provider of holistic Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and family services. The digital platform helps companies to radically simplify the balance between work and private life. Founded in 2022 by Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle, heycare’s holistic ecosystem is already trusted by high-profile clients such as Daimler Truck, Vaillant and VW Retail. The company’s vision is to empower employees through preventive health promotion and social support, thereby strengthening their loyalty to their employers.

With this fresh capital, heycare now intends, in particular, to expand its team in order to meet rising demand and drive further growth.
