GRUENDELPARTNER advises GETT on takeover of WES

GETT Gerätetechnik GmbH acquires WES Systeme Electronic GmbH, thereby strengthening the system solutions, touch monitors and POI terminals segments. The GETT Group is thus expanding its market share in the area of customised operating solutions and becoming one of the largest providers in this market segment in Germany for its customers.

In 2013, Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS) supported the successful handover from the company founder to the three-person successor team with a direct and a silent participation in the GETT Group.
