GRUENDELPARTNER advises GETT on the acquisition of WES

GETT Gerätetechnik GmbH is acquiring WES Systeme Electronic GmbH, thereby strengthening its positions in the system solutions, touch monitors and POI terminals segments. As a result, the GETT Group is expanding its market share in the field of bespoke user interface solutions and is set to become one of the largest providers in this market segment in Germany for its customers.

In 2013, the Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony (WMS) supported the successful handover from the company’s founder to the three-member successor team through a direct and a silent stake in the GETT Group.
