The Belgian company HeavenTech SA (Stellar Tech) has acquired all shares in CrowdArchitects GmbH (Erfurt).

CrowdArchitects develops and operates the influencer marketing platform IROIN® and has established itself as a reliable partner for brands and agencies throughout the DACH region. The platform is used by hundreds of well-known clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including major brands such as Spotify, We are Era, Shure, Porsche and Serviceplan. IROIN®'s understanding of the DACH market and relationships with regional creatives have made the platform the first choice for companies looking to run effective influencer campaigns in these territories.

Stellar Tech has become the leading influencer marketing platform in Europe in recent years and is active in more than 35 countries. With the acquisition, Stellar Tech is expanding in the DACH market.

In addition to Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen (bm|t), based in Erfurt, the other investors and shareholders have also sold their shares and realised a successful exit.
