GRUENDELPARTNER advises shareholders on the sale of CrowdArchitects to Stellar (HeavenTech)

The Belgian company HeavenTech SA (Stellar Tech) has acquired all the shares in CrowdArchitects GmbH (Erfurt).

CrowdArchitects develops and operates the influencer marketing platform IROIN® and has established itself as a reliable partner for brands and agencies throughout the DACH region. The platform is used by hundreds of well-known clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including major brands such as Spotify, We are Era, Shure, Porsche and Serviceplan. IROIN®’s understanding of the DACH market and its relationships with regional creatives have made the platform the first choice for companies wishing to run effective influencer campaigns in these regions.

In recent years, Stellar Tech has developed into the leading influencer marketing platform in Europe and operates in more than 35 countries. With this acquisition, Stellar Tech is expanding into the DACH market.

In addition to Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen (bm|t), based in Erfurt, the other investors and shareholders have also sold their shares, securing a successful exit.
