GRUENDELPARTNER advises bm|t on exit: Quantum Systems acquires Spleenlab

Quantum-Systems GmbH, based in Munich, has acquired all shares in Spleenlab GmbH.

The Thuringia-based AI specialist Spleenlab develops AI-based software solutions for navigation and decision-making for autonomous aircraft, among other things. With the integration of Spleenlab's VISIONAIRY® AI, Quantum Systems is expanding its expertise in edge AI and real-time data processing.

Quantum Systems is a leading German manufacturer of civil and military AI-supported drone systems. Founded in 2015, the company has over 700 employees and its customers include governments, civilian authorities and companies worldwide.

As a subsidiary of Thüringer Aufbaubank, Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen (bm|t), based in Erfurt, currently manages twelve investment funds with a total volume of EUR 445 million and invests in innovative and fast-growing companies from all sectors and in all company phases.
