Quantum-Systems GmbH, based in Munich, has acquired all the shares in Spleenlab GmbH.
Spleenlab, an AI specialist based in Thuringia, develops AI-based software solutions for, amongst other things, the navigation and decision-making of autonomous aircraft. By integrating Spleenlab’s VISIONAIRY® AI, Quantum Systems is expanding its expertise in edge AI and real-time data processing.
Quantum Systems is a leading German manufacturer of civilian and military AI-enabled drone systems. Founded in 2015 and employing over 700 staff, the company’s customers include governments, civil authorities and businesses worldwide.
Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen (bm|t), based in Erfurt, is a subsidiary of Thüringer Aufbaubank and currently manages twelve investment funds with a total volume of EUR 445 million, investing in innovative and high-growth companies across all sectors and at all stages of development.
