iklaro GmbH, a software and consulting company specialising in the digitalisation of business processes, has joined Software Partners Group GmbH (SPG).

iklaro has many years of experience in the digitalisation of business processes and specialises in document management and workflow solutions in particular. The company supports medium-sized customers from the analysis and implementation through to the operation of digital systems and thus complements SPG's existing portfolio.

The transaction represents a further important step in the growth strategy of the Software Partners Group. The aim is to successively expand an integrated platform for software and service solutions for SMEs and to strengthen the portfolio in the area of digital solutions.
