iklaro GmbH, a software and consultancy firm specialising in the digitalisation of business processes, has joined Software Partners Group GmbH (SPG).

iklaro has many years’ experience in the digitalisation of business processes and specialises in particular in document management and workflow solutions. The company supports medium-sized clients from analysis through to implementation and the operation of digital systems, thereby complementing SPG’s existing portfolio.

The transaction represents a further important step in Software Partners Group’s growth strategy. The aim is to gradually expand an integrated platform for software and service solutions for SMEs and to strengthen the portfolio in the field of digital solutions.
