GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on seed financing of clarait GmbH

TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen is investing a seven-figure sum in clarait GmbH, Leipzig, as part of a seed financing round together with the HR Angels Club.

Founded in 2023, the HR tech start-up develops specialised B2B SaaS solutions for digital collaboration between works councils, HR departments and management. With the BRbase and HRflows platforms, clarait enables the legally compliant organisation of co-determination processes and the structured, legally verified mapping of HR measures subject to co-determination. The aim is to further expand the technological platform, integrate AI-supported functions and prepare for internationalisation in the DACH region.

The TGFS is an equity capital partner for technology-orientated start-ups in the seed and start-up phase in Saxony. Since its launch in 2008, the fund has supported over 100 companies; the third fund generation was launched in 2023.
