GRUENDELPARTNER advises TGFS on late-seed financing of Peeriot

Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen (TGFS), together with co-investors beteiligungsmanagement thüringen gmbh (bm|t) and Companisto, is investing a seven-figure sum in Peeriot GmbH as part of late-seed financing. The funds will enable Peeriot GmbH to develop and launch the first market-ready version of its community product Myrmic and to consistently drive the growth of the community.

Founded in 2022, the deep-tech start-up Peeriot GmbH has set itself the task of simplifying the networking of IoT devices and thus significantly reducing complexity and costs.

The TGFS is an equity capital partner in Saxony for the seed and start-up phase. The fund was first launched in 2008 by the Free State of Saxony and Saxon financial institutions and has supported over 100 start-ups since then. The TGFS entered its third fund generation in 2023.
